Open Problem Closure Radar
A daily watch for papers that claim to close, partially resolve, refute or materially advance named open problems. The radar separates the mathematical claim from the role AI actually played.
A paper saying “we answer” is not automatically treated as a settled theorem. Special cases remain partial until the whole problem is closed.
Human-only results are useful context, but they do not move ASI Readiness. AI-linked results matter only when the contribution is documented.
The purpose is to detect acceleration early without turning arXiv claims into breakthroughs before verification.

Generalized Chang–Yang conjecture
Sharp Beckner's Inequalities for Axially Symmetric Functions on S^N
The paper states a positive answer to the generalized Chang–Yang conjecture in the axially symmetric case for every integer N >= 3. This is therefore recorded as a partial/special-case resolution, not a full closure. No material AI contribution is established by the primary source checked for this record.
